Nuvantu Health ("Nuvantu Health," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect information when you visit this website, communicate with us, interact with our advertising, or use our enrolment and referral services (collectively, the "Services").
Nuvantu Health provides marketing, enrolment and referral services. National Telehealth Providers ("NTP") sells the membership, takes payment and coordinates care delivered by independent licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations.
That means different information sits with each of us, and this policy covers only ours. NTP and the participating healthcare organisations maintain their own privacy policies, Notices of Privacy Practices, patient consents and telehealth consents. This Privacy Policy should be read together with theirs:

Information you give us. There is one form on this site, the call-back request. If you submit it we receive the first name and telephone number you enter, and the email address if you choose to provide one.
Information collected automatically. As with most websites, we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the page you arrived from and the advertisement you clicked. We use this to measure which of our advertisements are effective. It does not identify you by name.
Certain information created, received, maintained or transmitted in connection with healthcare services may constitute Protected Health Information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations ("HIPAA").
PHI is held by the healthcare providers and professional medical organisations participating through NTP, and is governed by their notices and by HIPAA. Nuvantu Health does not receive, hold or maintain PHI, and requests concerning your medical records must be directed to NTP or to the treating organisation, because we do not have them.
We use the call-back details for the purpose you provided them: to telephone or text you about the membership and answer your questions. We may attempt contact more than once if we cannot reach you. We use technical and advertising information to measure and improve our advertising.
We share what you give us with NTP where needed to set up or support your membership, and with the service providers who operate our website, telephone and record-keeping systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to unrelated advertisers or list brokers.
We recognise that information relating to healthcare services can be particularly sensitive. We do not sell PHI. We do not disclose the contents of medical questionnaires, laboratory results, prescriptions, diagnoses or provider communications to advertising platforms — we never receive them in the first place.
We do use advertising platforms such as Meta to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who may be interested in the Services. You can limit this through your browser settings and through the advertising preferences of the platform you arrived from.
We are paid by NTP when someone we refer enrols. We therefore have a financial interest in you joining, and you should read what we say about the membership with that in mind. What we are paid does not change your price and does not affect the care you receive.
You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe instructions included in the message, and out of promotional text messages using the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent necessary transactional, administrative, billing or security communications relating to a membership you hold, which are sent by NTP.
We keep call-back enquiries for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted. Technical and advertising logs are retained for a shorter period.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
Requests concerning your medical records or your membership billing must be directed to NTP, because we hold neither.
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
